1. ମହିଳା ସଶକ୍ତୀକରଣ ଅର୍ଥ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଠପଢ଼ା, କାମ କରିବା ଏବଂ ନିଜସ୍ୱ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବାର ଅଧିକାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା। ଯେତେବେଳେ ମହିଳାମାନେ ନିଜ ଜୀବନକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଆତ୍ମବିଶ୍ୱାସୀ ଏବଂ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନ ଅନୁଭବ କରନ୍ତି।

2. ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପସନ୍ଦର ଯେକୌଣସି କ୍ୟାରିଅର ବାଛିବାରେ ସମର୍ଥନ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଯେତେବେଳେ ମହିଳାମାନେ କାମ କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ନିଜକୁ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାରକୁ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରତିପାଳନ କରିପାରିବେ।

3. ଯଦି ଆପଣ ନିର୍ଯାତନା କିମ୍ବା ଅନ୍ୟାୟ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଦେଖନ୍ତି, ତେବେ କଥା ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ। ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଠିଆ ହେବା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଏବଂ ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ଅନୁଭବ କରିବାକୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରେ।

4. ଘରର କାମକୁ ନ୍ୟାୟସଙ୍ଗତ ଭାବରେ ବାଣ୍ଟି ନିଅନ୍ତୁ ଯାହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ମହିଳାମାନେ ଅଧିକ ଭାରଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଅନୁଭବ ନ କରନ୍ତି। ଯେତେବେଳେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି, ମହିଳାମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମୟ ପାଆନ୍ତି।

5. ଛୋଟ ବୟସରୁ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ କରିବାକୁ ଶିଖାନ୍ତୁ। ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଏକ ନିରପେକ୍ଷ ଏବଂ ଉନ୍ନତ ସମାଜ ଗଠନ କରିବାରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରେ

1. ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପୋଷାକ କିମ୍ବା ଜୀବନଶୈଳୀ ଦେଖି ବିଚାର କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ଏହା ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତାକୁ କ୍ଷତି ପହଞ୍ଚାଉଥିବା ନକାରାତ୍ମକ ମନୋଭାବ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ।

2. ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଯୋଗୁଁ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଠପଢ଼ା କିମ୍ବା କାମ କରିବାରୁ ବାରଣ କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ସମସ୍ତେ ସମାନ ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇବା ଉଚିତ।

3. ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଆଘାତକାରୀ ଶବ୍ଦ, କ୍ରୋଧ କିମ୍ବା ହିଂସା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ଏପରି ଆଚରଣ ଆତ୍ମବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଏବଂ ଶାନ୍ତିକୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରେ।

4. ଯଦି ମହିଳା ଅସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଅନୁଭବ କରନ୍ତି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅଣଦେଖା କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ତାଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଣିବା ଏବଂ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିବା ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।

5. ମହିଳାଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିବାକୁ କିମ୍ବା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହମତି ନ ଥିବା କୌଣସି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ। ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଏକ ମୌଳିକ ଅଧିକାର।
